2. Receive 1st Box: Your first washi tape box will ship immediately upon subscribing within 2-3 business days.

3. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will auto-renew every month with a 2-month minimum commitment.

When Will My Card Be Charged?	Charges occur upon subscribing and then monthly on the 2nd.
When Will I Receive My Washi Tape?	After subscribing, your first set of washi tape will ship right away. Following that, subsequent sets of washi tape will bill and ship on the 2nd of the month. Please note that if the 2nd falls on a weekend or holiday, your washi tape will ship the next business day.
Managing Your Subscription	You can pause, skip, or cancel your membership from your Ramona & Ruth Account. Please note that your subscription must reach 2 shipments before changes can be made.
